Stuck On You (Widescreen Edition)
Well hello there. I had to turn off a bunch of plugins because the site was being unresponsive, and dreamhost finally gave me the clue that scripts running might be causing it, so I went around switching stuff off. Including the spam catching plugin which is why I switched on registration for comments. A bunch of people have registered already, all with .ru emails. I never suspected this site had so many Russian fans!

Here’s a curiosity: A very dedicated fan of Dr. Who has created an anime Dr. Who short, still in thew works though you can see screenshots and animation tests on this forum thread. It doesn’t look too bad. I’m not sure if the decision to use audio clips from the show itself to dub the animation will work but it’s a clever idea.
Oh yeah also Futurama, “Bender’s last game” has been released. It’s already on torrents, of course, but again you should buys it, it’s good for the economy, see?

Actually, in Japan it’s not a matter of “buck teeth”… Rather, it’s a matter of “teeth all over the place.” However, it’s far less common to find messed up teeth in larger cities such as Tokyo. However, where I live that is not the case. I kid you not when I say that I’ve seen otherwise attractive women who have teeth sprouting out of their upper and lower gums (seperate from their regular set) projecting out at 90 degree angles. Sometimes, these very same women also either smoke or have very poor dental hygene so these “flyers” are often discolored (sometimes even black). Funny that they’ll spend several hundred dollars on Louis Vutton purses, Burberry and other fashion goods - even plastic surgery on their eyes and noses - but ignore dental improvements. Guess it’s not a culural priority…

The Farrely bros. are pretty unique in the way they bring people with handicaps or deformities into contact with A-list celebrities. Sure there’s some gross humour but in my experience handicapped people often enjoy exactly that sort of jokes.

Lucha Libre translates to “Free Fighting” but it generally is considered the Mexican equivalent of regular Pro Wrestling.
Mucha Lucha is a spin off.
