Snake, you missed the point. It didn't mention particle physics post grads. Just post grads in general. I'm fairly sure the maths behind it would be somewhat befuddling for some one who read Arts History.

Yeah, E = MC^2 is a doddle, but the maths behind actual practical particle physics is non trivial.

Disclaimer: I was a Physics grad, who took a course in particle physics.

Sean, sad to say, the whole point of getting into webcomics (or comics, anime, D&D, videogames, etc) is to lose the life you had... and you've clearly failed miserably. 20 lashes for you.

That positron beam is coolness. But "baffle most post-graduate students"? Bullshit. A grad student in physics who's baffled by pair production better change programs, stat. Particle accelerators have been generating positron beams this way for decades -- look up "Stanford Linear Collider", for example. "Baffle most science journalists", sure, but that's like baffling your mama.

I agree. And the second movie is of course a lot less fun to watch if you haven't watched the first one so you can catch all the intended similarities and dissimilarities. I'd say that the first one is also a lot less cheesy, but maybe that's just the nostalgia talking.

And *I* thought he was taller...

Sexy women cosplaying my favorite films. This is great!
