BTW, is it a good idea to try and make some kimchi in my kitchen? I mean, I’ve read in wikipedia that there’s a really nasty name-calling going on in america. People call Koreans KIMCHI HEADS because it smells. Mr. Hyung, what should I do with my curiosity for the kimchi?
