Well, when I looked yesterday there was no comics, no archive just a bunch of web code (like as was looking at the source) overlaying the standard background. The links at the bottom were still there, I don’t know about ads, I use a hosts file and they’re blocked. As for the archives, now the “Yesterday” link doesn’t point to a MatC comic, it points to a “Random Drawing Test” from November of last year.

Oh, something else I just noticed: while the calender archive on the right still works there is no entry for Friday the 6th, which was the day the site went apeshit.

It looks to me as if this page of Murder at the Chateu has been filed under Krazykimchi rather than under Murder at the Chateu. But perhaps that is always the case with the last page?

Yeah forgot to tick the right category, and the only post in the default category happens to be the old drawing test post. As for the site looking screwy, the cache plugin should prevent that even if the database is unreachable, as well as protect us from sudden rushes of traffic (Hah, that will happen) but maybe a bad page happened to be cached.
I keep the rss feeds and monitor updates but obviously I don’t sit around hitting f5 all day so I can’t tell if the site goes wonky occasionally.
Friday 6th I just missed. I actually wrote the post but it must’ve got lost in a browser crash or something, so it got posted on saturday.
