Part 3: “The clue”
Sunday, January 7th, 2007 by NestorNothing much to say other than to draw your attention to the “VOTE!” section on the sidebar to the right. See those buttons? They attract more traffic to the site, which is something we’re going to need in order to make this horse and pony show viable, so git clicking! You will notice that the ones that show our ranking are particularly atrocious, you can fix that, by clicking, once every day! In fact clicking is a wonderful thing, I encourage it generally. Prevents arthritis and all that.

Hmm.

The more popular you try to make this site, the more people will realize Hyung’s not exactly the most reliable provider of visual entertainment, and thus would come the afterbirth of less traffic. So, really, until Hung comes back to the frontline of cranking out the funny, you might as well try to get more traffic for Sluggy Freelance simply by merit of it’s nine-year-plus backlog.

More traffic = more cash = more Hyung. Click on the damn buttons, you ankle biter.

NEVAR!
Besides, i think we all know that the only way for Hyung to get a steady gig out of doing comics is to live by it, and he’s really too damn lazy and uninspired to do that. Best case scenerio is to hope someone let’s him live in their basement, and let him pay the rent with comics. Otherwise, we’re stuck with his comic-based efforts being a side project to the whole attempt of making ends meet through dead-end jobs in shitty work environments.

I’ll start clicking when the old queen starts updating.
This is what I learnt from being Tabachi’s pimp- no-one sober will pay for sloppy seconds.

Linking this site is what caused the Spam section of a forum I go to to close for 3 weeks.
January 25th, 2007 at 8:34 pm
Except it was the same link 30 threads in a row.

All within 10 seconds of each other.

Just like now.

“… and the guest are dying one by one.”
“Guest” needs an “s” there. Maybe it could be taken from the “feets” in the “feets don’t fail me now”-line in the Kill Harry comic? Assuming that typos still get fixed. Maybe not even admins get notified of comments posted this late?

I’m on the comments RSS feed. More to keep an eye on spammers than anything else…
