Oh I did this quick drawing tut in /ic, anybody remember Ramen… Noodles or something? I forget his name, use to hang around here way back. Had “anon Image Board” a while back, for crits, but it is more fun in a bigger arena… you guys wanna post your stuff there?
It does feel more like a community, but you do have to endure the occational NSFW horribly drawn porn as well…

Dude no way, I can install an imageboard here (Hell we already have a forum I’m sure I can hack image upload for users into) we’re trying to build traffic for this site, you linking to 4chan is the equivalent of some hobo walking up to Bill Gates and giving him a dollar.
As for the mel movie, no whites? I thought this was gonna be about the evil conquistadors killing all the indians. Which makes for an awesome story, btw, those guys were real badass.
Regarding outgoing links to places, can you tag them with rel=”nofollow” (Just put it in after the a href) so we won’t bleed pagerank? Unless it’s a place you really want to endorse, like an artist’s site. Ta.

Yeah, that’s exactly what we need: an image board that has all the visitors of the message board (which is to say none), just so Hyung can tell people how they suck on his own under-used turf. The 4chan has the peoples, and thus the targets.
Also, the last thing anyone needs is a highly popular site. Then you’ll be dealing with all the upkeep bullshit Moot’s putting himself through with 4chan. He wants it to be popular and prosperous, and so he spends donations, revnue, and his own personal money stash to improve the site, but then he throws all these rules up so the legal rights people who notice such highly popular and fairly well-kept sites don’t devour his ass over legal matters. Much better to be small and free than to have a bunch of chuckleheads who can’t even be properly repulsive, and consequently entertaining, just to keep the ravenous legal wolves at bay.

I was going to be snippy but I can see you’re confused so I’ll spell it out.
Yes, we want to have a highly popular site, because it’s the only way to make a living via webcomics.
There are no “legal wolves” coming after a site that posts it’s own original content.
There is unfortunately not that much traffic coming to a site that posts it’s own original content.
I am working to increase that traffic. If Hyung posts on large boards and brings more traffic to this site then that is helpful. If instead Hyung posts on his own site and tells all his bookmarkers to go somewhere else, it’s not so much.
Now let’s stop talking about that stupid imageboard. Who wants to bet on whether there will be new kill harry pages once the backlog is exhausted?
