i mean you can’t draw an anime character without drawing the skull..it’s so essential..forget those books and all the other crao you hear..you must draw the entire skeleton! in fact draw all the muscles..and the tissue..oh and don’t forget each and every organ (we all know that anime characters are so thin anyways..if you want them “realistic” have the outlines of their liver and kidneys showing)

First off, saying “good salad…with cranberries and nuts.” is a contradictory statement. Cranberries are the evillest fruit of all. They grow in bogs. Only zombies are supposed to grow in bogs.

Second off, my problem with all those “How to Draw Manga” books is that they’re all written for people who already have a couple years of art classes under their belt. I picked one up that was “Volume 1-Getting Started”, and the first few pages were “These are the proportions you should use.” the next few were “Make sure to have good photo references.” and the rest was industry “Panels should be laid out like this” crap.

I mean, dangit, can’t someone write a “Getting Started” book for people who don’t already know how to draw?
