…it’s pretty cool, but not the best piece of art ever. I mean, sure, you can praise it as godly, but it’s not. The foreshortening is on her thies and hips is wrong, her left hand looks a tad mutated, her proportions are a tad off (large head syndrome), and there would perhaps be a bit more light on her.
Don’t get me wrong, I like it and it’s still good, but if there’s something I can’t stand it’s people who wax poetic about a doodle. Don’t say something is beautiful and holy(and be a general kiss-ass) when that piece of work is not. It’s an interesting and rather successful examination of backlighting (I especially love the gentle shadow highlight on her legs), but seriously, folks.
No offense meant to Hyung, of course.

Cover the top of her head with ur thumb so the highlights of the eyes are hidden. Turn the light out (or do so before hand)…
Now concentrate on where the highlights would be, then quickly move ur thumb to cover and uncover the highlights quickly, but dont stare at anything but the highlights.
….Certianly scared me. :S
